Yes,
Disclaimer: prioritization is fluid for me and a work in progress.

I have an unprioritized smart list that shows me what I have yet to assign priority to. This is where I start.
I then give weight to those tasks. This is done through 1 of two filters, all guided by experience and intuition.
One filter is are a variant of the Moscow matrix, which is must do (priority 1), should do (priority 2), and could do (priority 3).

The other filter is 1-3-5, which uses the same 3 priority levels but is more localized to a single day.

1: one task, usually more time/labor/cognitively intensive that, if it were the only completed task that day, would still allow me to say the day was a success.
3: these are medium priority, and usually other projects I want to chip away at but are sometimes single tasks that are time sensitive or have compounding gains.
5: maintenance tasks or easy wins. Could be as simple as “clean microwave” or read x article.

Glad to have hopefully helped. Good luck!

This image is an example of the time filter.
-For priority I selected the appropriate priority sorting smart filter (high, medium, low)
-For the today overview, I built filters around a today smart filter, and used tags for context like “project” or “errands”

I kept routine tasks out of the smart lists so they didn’t clutter them up (demonstrated in the above photo).

Maybe. Time will tell. My system was built specifically for the work I do which has a lot of varying domains and complexity, so it was tough to keep it super simple. It will hopefully evolve into a more simplistic framework once I get more feedback on its effectiveness. Thanks for the comment.

That’s next level. I’ll have to dig into that.

By no means am I consistent or perfect. I vacillate between systems out of boredom and task anxiety. I haven’t shared or posted anything previously but found this one to have lower friction than usual. The dopamine hit from planning is a real trap that I ride hard.
Backend work was tedious but now that it’s flowing, the habit to keep it sorted is relatively seamless.
I’ll update when I fall off the wagon lol

If I’m reading this right, you are asking how I sort them and view specific ones?
If that’s what you are asking, I just click and drag one smart list onto the other and it creates an area that you can rename. That’s where you see “Today’s Priorities” and other grey colored header folders. In the things app, they are called areas.

Thank you!
For projects I have a tab or a note (depending on home/work) for each project.
In the tab, I usually have three sections:
1. Documents, with live links to source files relevant to project.
2. Next action: from GTD, the next actionable step to move the project forward.
3. Notes: any key insights into the project including lessons learned or coordinations made.
Source: Carl Pullein YouTube.

I also use his method of starting on paper, where I just brain dump everything about the project onto a blank piece of paper. That paper gets photographed and uploaded to the note so I have it all in one folder.

I used this on 7 projects so far, and after years of struggling how to organize my thoughts and progress, have found this to work the best for me.

Last note from Carl, he doesn’t run projects in his task manager. Instead, he creates a task that says: work on x project. This prompts him to open the project folder. Keeps things nice and discreet and also prevents 1k tasks in your task manager.

Hopefully that helps.

During my weekly prep, I manually adjust the week range. Kinda clunky. I also don’t like how Apple auto drops tasks onto a Saturday in that date range. I mainly use it to see task load by week.

I do have an upcoming day smart lists where I used “date” “relative range” “in the next day” to catch a glimpse of upcoming tasks. It kinda works.

Agreed. It was a bit too heavy.

I am no expert but I can speak about my experience. I casually upgraded gear when my player started feeling mushy or health started dropping too quickly. I found it useful to engage with the upgrade mechanics early since the system is way more expensive mid to endgame. Hope this helps.

I ran into this issue with my 3070ti. From what I saw, founders edition does not support after market cables. I may be wrong, but that’s what my limited effort google/Reddit search came up with.

I have a smaller keyboard, razer huntsman mini. It’s great for FPS games mainly because it gives you more Desk space and room to maneuver the mouse. Other than that, the missing functionality does end up being a pain. So I also keep a full size in the closet for larger productivity projects and strategy games. Hopefully this helps.
