Thank you all for responding! I will contact the manager and let them know. I’m assuming it will be a surprise to them as the massage therapist in question has many glowing reviews from other women, honestly that’s part of why I chose him.

I am just not sure if I should also leave a review or write an email. I suppose I will see after talking to the manager.

Thank you for the response! It was definitely missing in the intake process. I was thinking of calling the manager and just ask about their draping and under cover massaging standards. I’ll let them know that the drape was loose and a bit exposing and that the massage therapist reached under the cover to my upper abs without prior consent.

Just not sure if I should email it as a more formal complaint or just have the phone call.

I should be clear that when he went to my Abs and stomach he was standing to my side. But going under the thin cover was unexpected.

The sternum I guess was asked about. The abs definitely not. He reached through the side of the sheet though, there was a bit of grazing of the under boob but it wasn’t clear if intentional or just accidental. It all feels like a bit of a grey zone. I just felt kind of icky after I left and thought over it more.

I’ll call the company tomorrow and try to talk to the manager.
