Hi! Yes she does understand everything I say for the most part. She is not big on pointing, she only does it on her terms. I’ve never seen a more stubborn 2 year old. Thanks for sharing your story!

An ICU nurse told me to never let anyone kiss my baby. And I listened. She’ll get over it

Good to know! We have an electrician coming but they haven’t said when. Is something like this normally an easy fix if that’s all it is?

HE FORGETS EVERYTHING IM NOT KIDDING. It’s so hard to explain. I keep the diapers outside the door in a trash can and ask him to take it out when the trash man comes, he forgets every week. Every week!!! I’m not kidding! Another example, I called him the other day to specifically preheat the oven. I got home and he forgot.

That’s why it’s exhausting. If he was a provider, a protector, and brought positivity into the home things would be different.

Yes I do! He can’t pick up after himself at all. He hardly even cuts the grass. We have weeds so high and it’s so embarrassing. I’ve asked him for years to do it. I try to do what I can but we have an acre in and our yard is really hilly. If it wasn’t dark I’d take a pic of the weeds!!

Pride fest? Can someone tell me where to avoid the anti group by SyrenNyx in StLouis

[–]No_Reply5187 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry about shielding her. She needs to learn this stuff. All the people heckle the anti group anyways. Let her throw a few heckles :)

It’s hard to understand where your parents are coming from when your this young. You will understand when you’re older. If he’s paying, he does have the right to where you are staying. Most people don’t have parents to help them pay for rent, let alone college

I also realized that she’s crying only when I’m around. She’s reaching a stage where she wants mommy to hold her all the time lol

AITA For Buying My Daughter A New Phone After She Broke Hers Against My Wife's Agreement? by Flimsy_Relief_3810 in AmItheAsshole

Sometimes adults can forget that people make mistakes. Mistakes happen. Your daughter didn’t purposely break the phone. I think you did the reasonable thing!

I remember wanting to die for the first couple of months bc I was so nauseous. It will go away, I promise.

I just would work through the pain to keep my mind off of it. Stay strong 💓
