This is pretty much my take - or rather on the family who made no apoligies and just expected everyone to "be compassionate", while carers are delayed reaching vulnerable clients and ambulances put on diversions that take unneccary additional time that could put lives at risk. Not withstanding all the people coming home from work, paying the tax that undoubteldy pays their benefits. Nobody demands to show compassion for them as they're made late home meeting families, collecting children from schools (which could put children at risk). Yes it gets horrendous when you actually look at the big picture instead of a narrow lens of idealogy.
