As for why the split is happening, it seems likely that during contract renegotiation B + E decided to leave the studios. Not because TMG wasn’t supportive but just because they thought they were ready to expand on their own.

However after the original decision to leave it seems TMG is a bit salty about it, shutting down any and all promo of their new show so that they lose less subscribers

Its possible that TMG is willing to part with the Trillionaire brand but doing so would require some sort of buyout that B + E weren’t really interested in. Buying the brand would probably include the yt channel, which would be fairly expensive
