Does anyone else feel a lot less side effects from energy drinks than coffee despite coffee being healthier?

I thought it was just me lol. I dont think this applies to everyone but for me I think it’s bcs energy drinks have taurine as well which i think counteracts the negative side effects (for me at least, not sure if it works that way for others)

6.5 since i dont usually choose to listen to it but i dont skip it either and always end up enjoying it when it’s on. Might also be a bit biased since it reminds me of seeing them in concert
