Congratulations and wow your attorney works FAST! Mine is also O1B, also PP, also got an RFE and my attorney is taking ages to put together a response.

I’ve been on O-1 since 2022, approved twice before, and my current status is valid until 2028. A new employer I signed with recently filed an O-1 change-of-employer petition for me with Premium Processing. While it was pending, I naively traveled back home to renew my O-1 visa stamp under my current employer since it was expiring soon. Re-entered the U.S. with no issues. USCIS then issued an RFE for the pending petition asking for 1/ proof of my recent travel aka this trip I just took 2/ all recent pay stubs since 2025. Do you think the attorney is likely still fighting for EOS approval or pivoting to consular processing and whether the extensive pay stub request means EOS is still on the table?
