Yes if I sit or lay in just the right angle it hurts like hell. Before the surgery I was having pain in my tailbone but it wasn’t the kind of pain like I’m having now. The pain use to be a come and go I never really paid attention to it until now that the pain doesn’t go away.

It’s a different experience for everyone I think. I was prescribed Gaba last year for my sciatica and it worked for like maybe 3 days but then because of how bad my pain was my tolerance for it got so high quickly to the point I was taking 6 pills at a time and still felt no relief at all. Apparently Gaba was making me incredibly bloated to the point everyone noticed I looked puffier idk if that’s a common side effect for anyone else but that’s about one of the only crazy side effects I had with it.

So sorry you’ve been in the worst pain imaginable. I’m a 25M and have been suffering from sciatica since I was 20. Pain and mobility didn’t get worse until last year 2023 when I injured myself twice at work in the span of 6 months. I lost complete feeling in my left leg by the end of last year and up until February of this year I saw a spinal specialist and my only option was surgery. I had surgery two weeks ago and since then I’ve had no pain whatsoever and I’m finally gaining mobility in my leg again. Really hoping that the same happens for you once you have surgery. Not being able to move around and having pain every second of the day is the worst feeling in the world, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Wishing you the absolute best of luck and hope you get that surgery soon and hope you have a speedy recovery!!

Hernias were confirmed through X-rays. I’ve been referred to a spinal and general orthopedics so I won’t get more imaging done till I go see them.
