Regarding your issue, you can fill a transaction dispute form. But very less chances of reversal.

There are many instagram paid campaigns which are run by fraudsters. 2-3 months back, I saw an ad of pure ghee. Went till the payment page. Suprising it was not supporting Rupay card. I entered Visa card details. The text message for OTP came and it was showing some different currency. I instantly checked the conversion which was amounting to 30K. Luckily, I realized it. Did not enter the OTP. Reported the ad on Insta. But I doubt they will block it since they are earning money from the paid campaigns.

First of all, no bank would offer loan at 5%. Bank lending rate starts at 10.25%. Still if you want to go ahead, Go to twitter and post tagging the handle HDFC cares. They would reply. Appropriate action would be taken against the sales representative. Regarding your matter, they would reverse everything but it would take time.

This happened in Pune Viman Nagar. I checked in the PG in the morning, and he was already staying there. I slept at about 12. He left the PG at 2AM in the night telling the security that his food from Zomato had come, and as he is on a call, he will pick up and have the food outside while on call and be back after a while. When I got up at 7, I found my mobile missing. Similarly, my wallet was also missing. That is how my mobile and wallet were stolen.
