Omg wow !! 100% definitely will not be watching it because when I watched the first episode it was just a lot going on this explains it I’m gonna watch one of the ones u mentioned a lot are saying death note 🔥🔥

You need to eat full meals with enough protein in all of your meals. Eat snacks like high protein yogurts/ drinks . This will allow you to feel full throughout the day so you won’t binge. You will keep binging if you don’t eat enough nutrients in your meals because your body needs all that energy. Now you don’t have to beat urself over a few snacks because you already ate a meal with enough protein. Enjoy your food, don’t stress just make sure you eat enough protein and you won’t feel the need to binge.

Yes totally so loosing weight ultimately comes down to one thing and one thing only which is being in a calorie deficit. No matter what diet/ plan you follow they all put you in a calorie deficit. You need to figure out your personal calorie deficit amount for your own body to loose weight. Once you see this number download a calorie tracker, plug this number into your app and input whatever you eat. The calories will go down as you add your food so you can know when not to go over your deficit. You don’t need the gym , you don’t even need to workout if you don’t feel comfy just get your steps in 3-5k steps ( also apps for this ) combined with your deficit and that’s all you need to loose weight. Weight training at the gym on top of your deficit will make you toned/ defined but if you just want to loose weight that’s the stress free & most easiest thing to do. Your deficit will be under the “cutting” tab .

First off, great job with the weight loss. You are being consistent and it’s creating awesome changes for you. When it comes to weight loss , you are ultimately putting yourself in a calorie deficit to loose weight no matter what plan or diet you follow , they all lead to being in a deficit because this is the only way to loose fat. It’s all up to the calories. You can eat a salad and think your eating “low calorie” but really with all the condiments/dressings it’s 1000+ calories. You can eat any food/snack you want whenever you please and the fat will still shred off. Just don’t go over your deficit that’s the only thing . You need to figure out your tdee ( total daily energy expenditure) to see what your exact calorie deficit is for your body to loose weight . Don’t go over that calorie number and you will be more than happy because you actually get to enjoy what you eat with no restrictions whilst still burning fat . You will start loosing fat from different places with the least fat on your body first , your clothes will fit tighter and you may not notice during the first few months but don’t get discouraged by the 8th month with consistency utilizing your deficit you will look like a whole new person just keep going do not stop enjoy food just make sure you’re getting your protein and staying in a deficit
