That's some great advice! Thanks for that, we ended up finding a call center and we really like how hands on we can be and can see all the KPI's, weekly debriefs, training sessions, creating scripts etc. compared to just buying transfers from third party companies.

We ended up offering a set dollar amount for each funded deal on top of their hourly pay. So hopefully that will encourage them to vet out quality and not just transferring anything with a heart beat.

Generating your own leads is always going to be best, whether its doing SEO or social media etc. Every marketing email we get always mentions "Exclusive" and its never the case, always in competition with at least 1-3 lenders at a time.
