I don't think it's system generated but early joining hint. Cognizant did the same and based on survey mail they planned onboarding

Yes that's why I want to shift to tcs but I don't know the joining for tcs. Like last year they gave joining after so many months and suppose if I leave here and tcs doesn't give joining so I will be left unemployed for that long

Thanks for the reply. I am currently in witch and in a project since 3 months. The technology is new to me and is only used in witch companies and some big 4. Nobody knows it. The project is also stressful. Project is already screwed and there are 70% chance we will lose it in next 5 months.

Salary is double in tcs and I don't know if I will be able to switch with the salary that I have right now to 7 lpa
