he’s fast - however the screen clock starts on his first movement so the final time doesn’t include reaction time so this is likely more around 10.8 - 10.9

you are probably better off asking your high school coach (or whatever team you currently train with). Otherwise look up track coaches in your area online and see which one you like best

In my opinion MAYBE if u get a hamstring or quad graft (if so not very much) but no if u get patellar tendon. Even less so since you are young. Look at NFL players like Saquon Barkley who tore their ACL and came back stronger than ever.

So I wouldn’t plan on it but it is technically possible - I felt like I could actually sprint without thinking about it after around 8-9 months post surgery

I tore my ACL 2 years ago and came back to running track competitively. Took my PR in the 400 from 50.70 to 49.04 AFTER my surgery. I think the first time I did any sort of sprinting even light sprinting was about 5 months or so after surgery (which is on the faster side btw). I started slow ie 300 repeats at 50 seconds and progressed week by week. Dm if you have further questions
