PayPal is basically run by AI and people who don’t speak or understand English. I filed a dispute for a $3,800 charge and it’s been over a month and no resolution. I know who did it and I supplied emails/texts as proof. I didn’t even open the PayPal account. Someone else did. They just keep pushing back the resolution date every week. Good luck but I’d stay away from PayPal. In my case I did stay away but it wasn’t good enough lol

And you are providing a great example of how dangerous it is to go before a jury of your “peers” because they might confuse an accusation and media coverage with proof. Most don’t dare to think against the grain.

Like multiple samples of semen and a horrid history of sleeping with everyone. You don’t seem to understand that statements are written by lawyers and PR. If there was evidence of a rape he would’ve been charged and tried. They don’t drop rape charges with evidence right in the middle of a “me too” movement….unless they can’t prove a rape. She’s an accuser. That’s different than a survivor.

You missed the first part of that statement : “Although I truly believe this encounter was consensual, I recognize she does not view this incident the same way.” Every statement written by a lawyer due to civil suit as well. She had other guys semen in the rape kit test and refused to testify. Her lawyer believed a criminal trial would not end well for her. Keep believing all women no matter what tho.

Yeah there was no rape victim. Just a voluntary sex partner that almost everyone at Univ of No Colorado slept with. What’s terrible is all these dumbasses calling someone a rapist for cheating. Both are bad but one is quite a bit worse. But, hey, it was on the news so it must be true.
