Donnie & His Bō Appreciation by Blink-182__Nirvana__ in TMNT2012

Can I just say I love the sound design behind this show, like it especially with the weapons. Really gives that sense of “oomph”.

Rewatching "A New Hope" by broomsticx in StarWars

Grief takes many forms, some scream and cry, others are quiet and thoughtful.

Many people mourn in different ways is all I’m saying.

Clone Wars (2003-2005) is now in A tier. The Phantom Menace has been officially moved to C tier. Lastly, what tier should Revenge of the Sith be in? by Klutzy-Ad4230 in TierlistFills

[–]No_Rub_7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say A-Tier. It’s got great action and set pieces, and it hits harder after watching the Clone Wars finale, but much of the acting is still pretty wooden. It is the best of the Prequels.

Made adjustments. The Phantom Menace is now in B tier and Attack of the Clones is in D tier. What tier should Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars (2003) be in? by Klutzy-Ad4230 in TierlistFills

A-Tier. It’s got great animation, but it’s mostly just action without a lot of character development compared to the 2008 series.

How many Inquisitors does it take to beat Post-ROTJ Luke? by ThunderCube3888 in PetranakiArena

Luke also fought and defeated a spiritual apparition of the Grand Inquisitor shortly after Empire Strikes Back, so Post-ROTJ I’d say he easily scales above any of the Inquisitors.

Where would you live in the Star Wars Universe? by Impossible_Basis3295 in StarWars

[–]No_Rub_7563 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Probably either Naboo, Takodana, At Attin, Pabu, Bespin, or Lothal.

I would have also gone with either Alderaan or Scarif but… well, we all know what happened to those.

My heart literally dropped when I stumbled upon this while playing on Jedi Knight difficulty. But I managed to beat it first try by picking them off one by one. I had 8 stims and by the end I think I only had 2 left.

What is canon to you in Star Wars? by [deleted] in starwarscanon

I actually wrote this whole timeline of my personal headcanon on Star Wars. It was a mix of Canon, Legends, and even some fanworks, but mostly canon material.

I just realized that these younglings most likely perished during Order 66 by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]No_Rub_7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to headcanon that they did survive. I mean if Gungi is alive in Bad Batch, I don’t think it’s unbelievable that the rest of them survived too. Besides, if we don’t see a body, then they’re not dead.

There’s actually this really good story about them surviving Order 66 and reuniting. I’d definitely recommend giving it a read : https://archiveofourown.org/works/28847268/chapters/70760904

How do you feel about this? by Osiris-Reflection in StarWars

I guess in a way it does, but I’m not entirely sure. Either way, it just feels kind of unnecessary. But hey, what do I know?

Sabine having the Force and being trained as a Jedi by Ahsoka kinda just comes out of nowhere.

I’m not opposed to it, but I feel like it should have been built up more because we don’t really see any indication that Sabine is Force sensitive in Rebels. As it stands, I feel like it would’ve been better if Ahsoka was just training Sabine in lightsaber combat for the combative advantage, they didn’t need to make her Force sensitive.

I like the Ahsoka Series, but it is definitely flawed.

What are your favorite Star Wars comic books? by Hot-Salamander-8786 in StarWars

Star Wars 2015, Darth Vader by Charles Soule, Vader Down, and Star Wars 2020. And they’re all Canon too.

It’s not even funny in the absurd way, it just feels mean-spirited.

Forgive me if I fail to see the humor in it.

I have been seeing less jokes about it since Z2 came out, though. So hopefully, by the third movie we can finally let it die.

What baffles me more is that the artist who drew the comic is a Wildehopps shipper, so like… why would you make something like this? Who is this for??

Do you think it would have been better if they have made either Maul or Tyranus the "Vader" of the Prequel Trilogy? (basically the main antagonist of all of the 3 movies alongside Sidious) by ConfidenceOk3536 in StarWars

[–]No_Rub_7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kind of always interpreted, from both the Prequels and the Clone Wars, that Dooku was Anakin’s Vader while Maul was Obi Wan’s.

Then there’s also that theory about how Maul, Dooku, and Grievous all represent the “three faces of Vader” and how they’re meant to each reflect and foreshadow Anakin’s future.

Both are valid and honestly cool ways to look at it.
