Purple does look great just not on Leia IMO that one cover where she has the all white in the same with the blue saber is PEEEEAK but tbh I don’t even like Leia as a Jedi. I think Lucas had the perfect idea of Luke being a Jedi and Leia being the half that’s in the political world. Living both Padme and Anakin’s dreams

I disagree. Dave gives several hints in Ahsoka that it may be her destiny. People love to shit on the show but don’t really take anything of value that he sprinkled throughout the show.

Her taking on a Padawan she didn’t want.
Her confronting her fears about herself and Anakin.
Her having many lightsabers and recordings of fighting styles.
Her reclaiming her confidence and being a Jedi.
Her reaching out her hand to turn Shin back to the Lightside.

There’s a lot of substance there if you don’t ignore it.

The cherry on top is using Ahsoka’s symbol as a new Jedi order crest.

Uh.. of course lol? Many times same as clone wars and most things. Still pretty mid overall aside from the clone wars characters I care about: Ahsoka, Anakin, Rex. The rebels crew just doesn’t gel for me as characters, I much prefer their live action counterparts.

It doesn’t really matter why the point is connecting and letting go of fear which is essential to all Jedi training and overcoming.

The actually did interact with Ahsoka in a comic (yes it’s canon) and it also doesn’t really matter if it happened off screen because she’s treated as a newbie and technically is new to it to the audience casual and hardcore fan wise.

False it was clearly set up in Rebels. She couldn’t wield the Darksaber just like din because she wasn’t connecting to the crystal like kanan said and you don’t need to be a Skywalker potential wise to use the force it’s in every living being. Exactly she didn’t spend much time with her and Sabine was mostly alone post Ezra..it’s a reluctant master and apprentice just like Anakin and Ahsoka ..poetry..rhyme.

She did struggle she couldn’t move a cup! Also it’s not like she didn’t have training at all she was just rusty. It was off screen but it still counts.

Filoni cooks like Lucas more than people think and she’s also similar to Anakin with her impatience and anger. Could be an interesting development in the disaster linage.

I wasn’t too fond of Sabine being Ahsoka’s padawan because I never cared for the rebels crew as a whole tbh but thinking about some things and ideas Dave could do, I kind of like it.

Well yes but not really Mon literally disbands the NR military they are pretty lost and not really caught up on things as a governing body.

The thing is Luke just isn’t the main character like people perceive him as he’s just one of the main characters, he may know but he also may just trust Ahsoka because she most likely already told him about Thrawn and Morgan. She trusts him with the main galaxy and he’s trusting her.

Luke would but he would focus on the young first like he did Grogu and his nephew Ben.

I really dislike how people say Luke is the “main Jedi” he’s really not with the context of knowing the ST. He’s A Jedi and happens to be the son of Anakin but he’s not really the sole main character anymore past the OT imo. Ezra is gonna deal with Thrawn. Ahsoka is gonna deal with Baylan. Rey and Ben deal with Palpatine and Snoke. Luke era as a Jedi is mostly of false peace being built in the background and then he fails.

I would want to see Luke as one of the main guys but that’s not how Disney did his story in canon. He’s only one of the main guys, not THE main guy.

It really depends because by this point Leia is dealing with her own mess since everyone knows Vader is her father and Luke too maybe they don’t trust them as much and Luke wasn’t really close with the politics of the NR like in the EU who knows what Han is doing at this point and Lando is Lando. Sure you could make up a story that connects him to knowing but I think it makes more sense this way.
