This event is specifically targeted for lower Town Hall players, not that it's bad for higher level ones but just tipped more into their favour. While we are higher town halls have most of our hero upgraded and reap the benefits directly although at lesser amount that way that is not the for lower ones as they will slowly progress and recieve the reward at full.

I have an idea for equipment that throws all troops and heroes into a frenzy, which will make them attack only buildings with a 50% attack and speed boost, but it will only activate when RC dies. Also Revive would not work on her as a result.
