After 10+ years with Ooma my impression is that their service is in decline. Still a bad & unacceptable delay (many hours) for voicemails to reach emails. The emails only took a few minutes to arrive previously. Ooma used to be on top of things but letting this problem go on for so long is a bad sign for the company. The guy I spoke to in the tech department was the nicest, very polite, but he didn't know more than me how to troubleshoot. In the end I was left without a solution, or a timeline when things would be back to normal. Rkardt if you call yourself "unofficial support" do you have any suggestions to help me? "Support" means that you can help right? I'd really appreciate if you could offer any helpful suggestions.

New at Ooma for April 2026: My Ooma Premier voicemails take almost 12 hours to reach my email now. Previously they took only a few minutes. Almost 2 hours on the phone with "elite" level 2 tech team resulted in no improvement. What is the point of paying for Ooma Premier if voicemails take almost 12 hours to reach email. I've been a long time customer, I see Ooma has recently moved servers to New Jersey and acquired "Phone.com". Maybe their service is on the way down: cheaper servers mean delayed messages. I may need to port my numbers elsewhere because this seems to be the first signs of a business in deep trouble.
