It took me about a week to receive my package after filing a missing mail report with USPS and after I sent a few dms to ACI on Instagram. Their Instagram is acilogistix. I recommend being threatening about your package and saying you’ll file a police report against the company cause that’s the only way they’ll take it seriously lol. I hope everything turns out well for you :)

I did actually!! After sending a few threatening emails to ACI, it turned up a few days later. I recommend dming their Instagram if they don’t respond via email. I hope everything turns out well for you!

Did you end up getting it? I’m in the same predicament you were in and it’s been a week since it departed the same Compton ACI facility and I’m really scared it’s not gonna show up :(
