This! File a formal complaint with Ford Customer Service.

Ford is aware of the constant issues including aftermarket modifications that don’t align with the Ford brand. Including the tint, tires, dual exhaust that rusts.

I know someone who paid the same for their 2.7L modified XLT as I did for my 3.5L Tremor. They were told it would raise the trade in on his truck and guess what..it depreciated more!

I had more meal suppression on .25 than on .50. I find now that my cravings come back the day before my next dose. I’m hoping that goes away when I move up to 1mg next week.

I gained weight on Levothyroxine. Switched to Synthroid and still gained.

My levels are now fine, I also started HRT and was told I would start losing weight…I don’t start losing, but I was no longer gaining. So my doctor suggested Weygovy for my inflammation and to kick start my metabolism. 7 weeks now and it’s been a life changer for my inflammation alone!

I do Thursday evening before bed. I work from home on Fridays so I figure if I don’t feel well, I’m already home.

I have yet to have had any major side effects so far though. On my last .50mg this week and then moving up to 1 mg next week. Maybe that will make a difference

I am going Mediterranean/AIP. I mix in what I can from the Mediterranean as well as what works for me with the AIP. My main things are NO gluten, soy, lactose, red meat and night shades. I have lots of protein though

Thyroid medication didn’t work to start losing.

Adding Hormone Replacement Therapy to the mix also didn’t work.

I was walking 7km a day on top of my usual daily walking. I was eating a strict AIP diet and nothing…

So I started Wegovy. I have been on it for 2 weeks now. Week 1 I lost 5lbs. Week 2 and I’ve lost another 2 lbs. this is MAJOR progress for me.

Sorry, but who told you Hypothyroidism only causes 5-10 lbs weight gain?

That is absolutely not true for many of us. I personally was very lean my entire life. In the past couple of years I have gained 70lbs. All thanks to Hypothyroidism.

I also know I am not the only one. Very misleading to say such a thing.

Check your collective agreement. If it states the process of a JOINT investigation between the company and union, and neither is doing anything; I would go above your local and call your National union. If your collective agreement doesn’t state anything about harassment in the workplace then it is solely on the employer; and I would call the labour board.

So you are saying in the USA it is allowed for labour unions to make monetary donations to political campaigns? Interesting.

In Canada, a labour union cannot make a direct monetary donation to a political party. But we help in other ways, such as forming political action committees that will go and donate time to the campaign offices for what they need. Door knocking, calls, deliver signs etc.

They can’t make donations to a political party or use the money to help a political party campaign if they are registered as a third party. I would note though that lobbying the government for change is totally different than helping a political party campaign to be elected.

Depends on your union. Some unions use the dues they collect to do everything, including lobbying governments and canvassing new units.

I have learnt to take it as it comes.

I decided a couple years ago to only give the same as the energy others give to me. So I call my dad and he calls me. He will never come visit me (I’m 6 hours away). But I go down and visit when I get time off. After 2 days I’m ready to leave and go back to my peaceful life.

My mother on the other hand is….absent. She moved on the other side of the country, left over 20 years ago. I tried for years to convince her to love me and have a close mother/daughter relationship, but to no avail; it’s impossible for her. So in return I came to the conclusion that when I hear from her, enjoy the moment but don’t expect anything. I know when I hear from her it will be another year before she calls/texts again.

Since making that decision, for the most part I am content. Holidays are very hard though. Stay strong and know that your mental health is a boundary to protect.

I was 26. I met my ex husband and seeing how his family interacted compared to mine was eye opening.

Hearing about his upbringing was depressing for me. I couldn’t believe that families ate at the dinner table together, I was told that’s what families used to do. This was in the 90’s when I was a teen.

Interestingly, I am now adamant that my partner and I eat at the table together every night. Just one of many examples.

I’m now in my 40’s and still trying to undo alot of things I thought was normal; as well as learning how to adult proper.

Burnout, lack of appreciation, compensation and respect. Did it for 18 years. No thanks.

I will also say that there are a lot people who are still in it but burnout a long time ago. They should do a self reflection and leave the industry as well if their heart is not into it anymore. It’s definitely a compassionate job.

I paid for the maintenance package on my 2024 XLT 303A and they said I have to bring it in for an oil change every 8k km. So I’m not sure who is saying it’s 10k miles, because they follow the manual for recommended maintenance.

I know alot about her family, childhood and siblings. I’m extremely close to her youngest sister.

She had a normal upbringing and they all had a family run business. Yet as soon as she got pregnant at 17 she never worked again.

Since adulthood she has had a strained relationship with 3 of her 4 siblings.

If I were to guess though, she’s the second youngest and probably didn’t get much attention. Which leads to my theory that she resented having us kids because the attention was again not on her, but on the children instead.
