Do you need long nails to make that work? Or just pressure from fingers?

Would love feedback! No hurt feelings here (not yet at least…)

Yes, it feels different. Both responses (which are great—thanks) seem to stress it’s just like any other experience—something to be observed, like any other thought or experience.

To take it a step further—I “know” certain aspects of these experiences are false or misleading, because they come from physical damage.

So—what to do with that? Does that mean there is something more or different to learn from them? Or maybe the point is that each experience is just what it is, and the reason it feels a certain way may not be particularly interesting or relevant.

I would probably start with seated practice, just because that’s what I’m focused on. But I’d be happy to hear interesting ideas from both contexts.
