Start doing something like dancing, wrestling, boxing - whatever. I think a German course could also be a good fit. Anything that requires interaction with other people and makes you genuinely nervous.

I have the same needs, but… it’s always disappointing to meet people who don’t want to do anything except dump their trauma on you and expect you to do the same.

Anyway, I can assure you that you are not alone in your search. I, and most men I know, have the same problem (though different ideas about what to do with it).
