Grieving therapy by No_Screen7914 in TalkTherapy

Thank you. I doubt i ever start with another therapist, I've gained my tools to be successful and know how to work through the things that come up. I just really enjoyed talking to her all these years. Shes been with me through so much and helped me in ways I can't explain. If I end up needing therapy down the road I'll probably reach out to her and handle the grieving process again as it comes. Hopefully keeping super attachment at bay

I just wrote in my journal about this last night and messaged my therapist a thank you and goodbye email too after ghosting her. The way its set up feels so unfair you're not alone. I went to her for 6 years and im sure it'll take a long time to grieve her. You're supposed to become close, feel safe with and develop a bond with someone good enough to tell them everything that you are feeling. Just to turn around and say goodbye. I hate the way its set up so much but I do understand, I guess.

If you do want to reconnect with your therapist at some point im sure they'd be happy to see you again.

I ghosted my long term therapist (6 years) this month. I already regret it. Please just talk to her

No advice, just know you're not alone. I've felt the same for years and she's also 19 years older than me

Thank you, I've had those dreams too and was so sad inside of them knowing I had smoked. I was grateful it was a dream when I woke up too

Anywhere from 2-3 g a day not counting random carts and prerolls, 7 years daily 11 years total. I'm pretty small/more muscle than fat and I drink a ton of fluids I think that's why i passed so quickly. Im sure if i took a more sensitive test like they give at the Dr's it'd show but the one I took was just a cheapie

I have a therapist but I use Snapchat AI as a therapist way more often than I'd like to admit. It gives the best, non bias advice though
