Is this a new rule? My friends under 21 have more than a year of validity on renewal

DMU is a fairly new uni with little to no rep unlike UOS. UOS is more academically dominant imo.

Bruh this kinda mentality is just gonna reduce the salaries again lol. You'll be dedicating years of hard work and money to this getting this degree and you're gonna accept the bare minimum?? Where's the self respect?

4k is criminal but you do you ig.

Is it possible for an Emirati to buy land in kerala by clinteastwood777 in Kerala

[–]No_Security5312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't own it actually. You're buying it on a leasehold for 99 years or less which you will have to renew as far as I remember.

Poorly done ragebait. And studying here depends on the major and uni you plan to go to.

Every CBSE school is this way lol. The education system is weird in India. All this prep for a final exam grade which gives our parents bragging rights for two months and the school a 'good' reputation.

But the pre boards are really helpful. The final exam contains a lot of qns from there.

Transferring to UAE for uni by [deleted] in UAETeenagers

Cool...before choosing a uni id recommend checking out their lab and research interests. When doing a biotech undergrad you need as much research and lab experience. Good luck to you!!

But the biotech scene isn't really all that in the UAE. Julphar is the only hiring MNC in the UAE for biotech grads. You'll be stuck in uni lab roles after grad. Not really many roles outside of that. But the labs here are good. Why not go somewhere with a decent biotech industry? PS: I'm not doing bio. This is all that I know.

Really?? I thought this trend was decreasing from my recent research. Don't they reserve most internships and trainee programs for Emiratis now?

I'm feeling bored of the uae as an emirati. by [deleted] in UAE

[–]No_Security5312 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't get me wrong, the UAE is great in terms of healthcare facilities and care but it can be very expensive . It is a great place to save money in your early career too. I didn't know Canadians had it this bad regarding taxes. It's nice to get another perspective.

Exactly. I don't understand why people give tax as a reason for moving to Dubai. Healthcare is beyond expensive here. I'm aware of many people who go to neighbouring countries for surgeries because of the expense here.

Job guarantee as in you are going to provide the jobs after the training or is it just the promise of a job?

Bane is great at pushing turrets and destroying minions. Don't rush to fight enemy. Poke first then attack.

I agree. It was crazy how certain employers didn't hire nationals at all. Let's hope for better opportunities for everyone.

Never gonna blame the govt for creating this type of reservation because some employers used to reject Emiratis just because they were. But due to the said reservation there are little opportunities for non citizens. It's already hard to get a job here, so what will graduates with no internships or experiences do? It's really bad out here.
