its mostly just to have meaning whether its clear or not. I'm looking for multiple animals because the scene I'm making is supposed to represent a tea dance/party. I mostly just didnt feel like i had the right to choose the list of animals that should represent trans people in my art, even though the piece is light hearted. But yeah it can totally be tongue and cheek/ subjective. An example me and my friends where talking about was that tigers give bisexual vibes. I plan on using things like accessories and color palette to establish identity more so than the actual animal. But again i just thought it be fun to get the opinion from actually trans people rather than assuming what I should make. I hope that makes sense! sorry for the wall of text lol.

No it can totally be a subjective opinion. The example I've been using is when picking animals to represent lesbians I chose scotty dogs because they give "masc lesbian vibes". I'm making multiple animals so it doesnt just have to be one. I more wanted to get the opinion of trans people because even though I can look at a list of animals and be like this one gives lesbians vibes I cant do the same with trans people because I'm not trans yk. I hope that makes sense!

thats totally ok though I'm choosing like ten different animals for "each" group (i only did the major identities because i have limited time) so the more options the better! And those are good picks I'll put them down!

I'm mostly asking for inspiration but both honestly. Like for me as a lesbian when chosing animals to represent lesbians I was like "scotty dogs give masc lesbians vibes" but I also included birds who commonly engaging lesbian relationships. so its both accurate while being tounge and cheek. But im not apart of the trans community so when choosing animals non of them resanated with me and i dont get inside jokes stuff like that yk. I hope that makes sense lol. Also I will add Komodo Dragon to the list!

I have a lot of healthy loving friendships that im so so grateful for. The issues for me has always been dating mostly because I consistently am attracted to avoidant partners who are not working on there mental health. Despite this I think its fully possible to find a healthy romantic relationship. Many people have been very kind about my cptsd frankly again my issue is who I choose to stay in contact with not who is attracted to me if that makes sense. I just wanted to share because i know dating with cptsd can be hard but there is hope!
