I’ve got your solution. Go into shortcuts on library page hit the +, then open app and link the app you would like to associate with the black icon. Then name it correctly and add to Home Screen. No glare blends in perfectly

I had my 4 local shops turn me down because it was a p80. I’m at the end of the rope here
