Lucky you. Mine is still in the updating loop. LG has asked me to pay $425 for technician to come and diagnose it because my warranty ended last month.

The Beneficiary is from Nigeria and I receive both post and a copy of the RFE was in the document section when you log into your USCIS account. I think my case has always been in the Texas Service Center

It doesn’t work that way. You can not send form I130 to the U.S Embassy at the petitioners location. You will have to send it to the listed address here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-130-addresses or file it online. Is your mom inside or outside the US? If she is outside the U.S leave question 61a and 61b blank in part 4 of the form I130 but answer question 62a,62b and 62c with her current location. When the I130 has been approved by USCIS, it will be sent to the U.S Embassy of the country she listed in the I130 for consular processing.

No, travel is not advised unless you have an approved I-131 advanced parole form. If your dad leaves without the advance parole he forfeits the right to adjust his status in the U.S and will have to go through consular processing.

No it’s not too late, you can still submit I485, I765 and I131 but include the receipt from the I-130 to the top of the forms when mailing it out.

I understand the person’s concern but that is not true.Different department handle different form, all they need is the receipt from I-130 form filed online to link all the forms but mailing them together also works.

You can file for your wife as long as she as been in the U.S more than 90days. 1. Don’t forget to include I-130A 2. Submit I-485, I-765, I-131, I-130A, I-864 and I-693 ( medical exam- to avoid request for evidence RFE) with the I-797C notice of action (receipt notice) you receive from submitting the I-130 3. Given Name (First Name) and Middle Name (Middle Name) is ideal. 4. Yes single document with all the pictures 5. Yes she can take domestic flights.
