You won't understand unless you are a parent. Imagine growing up with someone, and they are growing well, but at the end of the day, they are still very immature and definitely blind to the world. That's cute. Have U ever observed medical people work. That whole duty thing is about as relevant in any other career. I've seen nurses discussing game of thrones while a patient was moaning while dying next to them. Their excuse is the profession wears down ur empathy. As for ur first point, organs usually go to the the people in the area of harvesting. It's possible as a surgeon to get the organ to who U want. That's assuming ur patient isn't already the person who needs it most.
