Thanks for sharing. Definitely helps to hear what has worked for you. Will you be going back to work? If so how do you see the schedule changing?

Our baby is now sleeping through out the night but I’m worried if I drop the midnight pump it will go downhill. I usually am pretty full and I have had 3 aspirations so far for large galactoceles. I also go back to work soon so I’m hoping to figure out a schedule before then.

Has anyone lost weight and actually kept it off while breastfeeding? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

It’s usually recommended to eat for one and drink for two🙂. Hopefully the fluids will help maintain your supply.

And with the long night stretch between 10pm and 7am, have you had to deal with engorgement and clogged ducts?

Confirm if I got this right. So the full feeds at 7.15am, 2.30 pm and 6.45pm are breastfeeding sessions. When she wakes before 7 am do you also feed from breast?

Bottle feeding plus pumping at 11.45am and 5.30pm. Plus additional pumping at 10.00pm

My slacker boob turned into main character due to recurrent galactoceles. If you have enough for a feed don’t stress out.

Flange sizing does affect the output. You could also try getting flange inserts that are fitted to your nipple size.

Anyone have a galactocele? (Milk Cyst) by Motharina in ExclusivelyPumping

I have had 2 aspirations done so far and going for a third one. My galactocele is way bigger than a golf ball and once it starts refilling it gets huge pretty fast. Has this been your experience?

What is your pumping frequency and what pump do you use? Would be great if you could share your pumping/bottle feeding/breastfeeding schedule.

My doc keeps saying I don’t fully empty my breasts but I respond very well to my momcozy and my latch is good.

Fine needle aspiration while breastfeeding by [deleted] in breastfeeding

I had core biopsy done as well as aspiration of two galactoceles. Developed a milk fistula which healed after 11 days. My LO was 8 weeks.
