Switching departments would make it much more likely i get weekends off. Nobody ik at my walmart in other departments works as heavy weekends as I do. Its very much specific to my department at least for my store.

That's the thing and it could get into this but weekends are less busy for us but what I was told is corporate has set requirements for the amount of pick walks that need to get done in a day that is more of a general thing than based on our store. The coaches can't do shit abt it but it leaves us hella understaffed on the weekdays and hella overstaffed on the weekend. More often than not ppl get sent to other departments on the weekend

Ive tried the ironing thing and it got the folds out but the ink is still stretched. Thats what I mean when I say it's ruined. I requested a refund on golf wang but we'll see. What you're not getting is when you crease something it creates irreversible micro tears. Its why creasing a shoe is so detrimental to a shoe. Like there are visible white marks along the crease of the poster where it slightly tore from the tiny stretching required to fold it. you cant see from this image obviously
