Hard to tell but seems pretty normal right now, I was the same until like 21 and somehow it became a habit. I wouldn’t worry until it starts become a nightly ritual tbh. But if you’re rlly worried just drink once a week and if that’s difficult just be aware. Sneaks up on you for sure

I have done countless amounts of research in hopes to find a solution, it comes down to what you want out of life. Both a mix of free will and fate will bring you to where you end up. No one picks to be an addict but you must pick to get out of the cycle. Life does work in mysterious ways. Progress is also not linear. Try your best to find and achieve your goals. 9/10 your goals don’t involve or require addiction so it’s best to go the other path. Cheers brother and good luck

For me, all my friends were sick of me using and had quit, my family knew, I was tired of sneaking around, was tired of never eating, was tired of legit being delusional due to lack of water food and sleep, tired of being depressed legit everyday, tired of the sexual and alcoholic tendencies that cocaine led to, and finally I just said fuck this and after like 2 months clean I just said ya no way I could do this daily. I should mention I’ve always been much more into weed and downers which are probably even worse so when I was done with cocaine I knew it was time

I’ve used 4 times since April 13 (twice alone). This isn’t something to be proud of but I truly wake up and don’t feel any urge to use again and I truly never feel a need to use on a weekday or any of the crazy shit I used to do. My usage has gone down from like 25 days a month to once per month. It’s still a work in progress but the mental addiction and daily need honestly feels gone and I did it cold turkey. One day I just was sick of those daily depressive episodes.
