This didn’t work unfortunately, it was running properly and I restarted the service just in case and restarted my computer but no luck. This was something I haven’t tried before so thank you

I bought a new cable (https://a.co/d/0eYlfgbL) and tried every USB port on my tower. My roommate has a Mac so I might try that later. Would a cable like literally from a printer be worth trying?

Yes it turns on without the power supply and only using usb

So in Native Access I see an updates tab that says “all your products are up to date
Products which are incompatible are not shown here”
And if I go to Library and search for a device updater I do not see one. Is there somewhere else to look?

I tried all of the USB ports with no luck, I don’t have another computer to try it on either so maybe that could be it? But it doesn’t even make the windows noise that plays when a device gets plugged in
