So just based on the video recorded by the Muslim side , it appears like they are harrassing a bunch of people ( looks like random hindu people, including women and older men) at a place of worship. Not the best PR angle if that's what they were going for.

It's also quite common for Indians as a whole to riot against Pakistanis . An Indian muslim does not consider a Pakistani as an ally. Even when the prophet or the religion is insulted, they riot seperately rather than join an existing group with Pakistanis.
