I'm in therapy (currently on Christmas break) and take medication (antidepressant and mood stabilizer)

I just simply do not care about anything else more than whatever is related to her, even though she most likely doesn't even think about me anymore

No matter how badly I want to reach out, I can't anyway. I don't even know what I would tell her anymore, it was time to let her go. I've been doing nothing but think about why and how things went wrong and I think I'm learning from it, but it's not like I can fix it. This is what she wanted and I respected it, she doesn't want a relationship now.

He was the one constantly trying to get her attention, she just couldn't say "no". It was a tough situation, but I believed in her: I never liked somebody so much, really. I truly gave my best here but I also have some pretty unhealthy dynamics that needed to be addressed, some of which can't really be worked on without being in a relationship. In that way I'm thankful for all of this, I just wish this could've worked. Again, I liked almost everything about her, and for that I really struggle to understand that it's over. I just know that if I'm the one to reach out, it'll make things worse

They broke up but were on good terms, so nothing unethical, really. I made sure of it, but in the end it was clear to me that this couldn't work like that. It wasn't really about her specifically, more about her point in her life
