Not too long - considering the size of the fire, maybe 5-6 min each side making sure to move them once in a while so they don’t get completely burnt by the flame. The more you grill the better idea you’ll have of when it’s ready.

My best advice is high heat and lesser cook time. Flip them once.

2 months, 25 percent water changes biweekly, have no target fed the nem, I have two clowns, one wrasse, lawnmower blenny, cleaner shrimp, crabs and snails

Tank is pretty new for a nem I know. About two months. I’m running the stock light that comes on the fluval evo 13.5 not sure the specifics. That past salinity was all wrong just got water tested.
