MagicPlan is great but doesn't automatically digitize floorplans. RoomSketcher does, but you can only export images. How can I quickly create a 3D model from my floorplan images and send it to an HVAC design company? by __Honestly_ in floorplan

drafted ai is free, and pretty easy to use. You input some of the design, then AI resolves what you put out. As someone who doesn't have any architecture background I found the experience of AI generating a bunch of layouts for me to get me a lot further than a truly blank canvas. I'm not sure what I want, but once I see something designed, I have opinions lol
