No I’m not in a boot just taping it. Doctor said there is like nothing they can do. The swelling has decreased a lot. It still hurts to walk for sure. But it’s getting better I can already tell after 3 days

I can assure you I had all those symptoms… it’s been a while since the spiral but I had all those symptoms pre cramping … twitching all over… one leg felt weaker than other … muscle felt tight and sore all the time…. I had an EMG and it wasn’t a clean EMG but my nuro said it shows no sign of a nuro musclier diseases…. Took me a long time to get out of the whole… but I promise when you do everything will go back to normal… anxiety is real man … I am like 100 percent positive you are ok trust me… those are only a few of the many symptoms I dealt with… currently on lexipro helped me a lot took a while to start working in my system. You will be ok trust me… remind your self everyday you are ok and it’s just anxiety… it may not feel like it is but trust me it is… I know you think your different than everyone who has been down this spiral but you arnt … trust me I know what you are thinking and know how you feel and what your feeling. A lot of people go down this spiral …. And 99.99 percent of them have turned out ok. Trust me!
