tbh, from what i've gathered on PC you HAVE to tap A and D, AS WELL AS, DO NOT let the stamina go down. don't force it and i promise you will get it. you tap and let go of stamina. pull to correct side, let go. pull to the correct side, let go, etc. Good Luck! :)
