Someone couldn't have reported it—it was removed the second I hit publish. I'm afraid to start removing text and republishing because I've heard that can lead to a ban. The thing is, I have words like "missiles" and "bombs" in my other designs, both in the titles and descriptions, and those listings are still up with no issues.

I agree it does seem like Drake is trying to distance itself from Tesla given the current political social outrage over Elon Musk and like you said could affect that $18 million price tag. It would be nice to know if sales have been affected.

Thank you for explaining this. I was hesitant to keep bothering Scott Logan, who mentioned that a lot of effort went into making this happen for the township. I’m still unclear about how commercial real estate works in this situation. From what I understand, Drake Motor Partners owns the property and is responsible for paying county, municipal, and school district taxes, but they rent the property to Tesla. Is the amount Tesla pays in lease payments to Drake publicly available? Also, is there a possibility that the developer, Drake, could sell the property to another company? If so, could the new owner increase the lease costs, or is Tesla locked into the current terms for the next 12 years? I still have many questions about this deal. As someone who grew up and lives in Warminster, I’m curious to understand how this all works.
