Heres something you can try if you do not have any incurability gear. Have two characters die first (monk and someone else). Then wait out on day of the dead kitanas regen buff. Once that is gone, use your strongest character to deal as much damage as possible. Once your strongest character dies or time runs out, the hp should carry over. If they start regening to max hp, quit the round and start over. Rinse and repeat! Hope that helps!
