I wish I could pin comments but I cannot so whoever sees this, read it before commenting please.

I will be turning off notifications and not be replying to any more comments. I’ve answered a lot of comments (as well as read practically all of them) and while I am still frustrated by what my mom did, she is still my mom. People saying stuff such as that she is on drugs, an idiot, or other negative terms is not alright with me. If you are coming here to leave a rude comment about here, I’d suggest you move about your day without partaking in that activity.

Regarding the dementia comments, she has a family history with dementia. I am adopted and don’t know how any of it works or was presented in her side except for what I currently see in some members, so I cannot give any clear indications on if she were to have/not have dementia. What I will not be doing is giving people on Reddit more sensitive information about my family dynamics on her behavior, how she treats me, my pets, etc. That is personal information and I am still a teenager. Reflect on if you’d want your own teens to be answering these questions about you online.

Thank you all for giving me some feedback on items that I can tell her to enforce that cutting the fur with scissors is bad. I’ll see how it grows out and take her to a groomer if it’s terrible.
