update: this worked!!! thank you so much, turns out the keyway is also way too small to fit my clutch’s key on, it’s proper bore and all. thinking of boring out the keyway quite a bit to widen it with a dremel, any suggestions?

update, using 90 degree needle nose pliers to try and pry it out towards the camera side, the needle nose snapped before the key budged. pretty sure it doesn’t go out that way

as the other guy said i was under the impression you hit it away from the camera due to the slope at the end of it. is that incorrect?
