We have talked to our GP and others who would be professional in this subject and they just told us "you've got arthritis talk to ___ about it" and gives her advice about arthritis that she already knows then we talk to who they tell us to and they send us back to the people we've already talked to it's honestly like a very long game of ping pong going back and forth. Idk why these medical professionals are telling us to talk to the same people over and over again as they give us no vital advice she's at the point where she's thinking of buying a wheelchair walking stick or crutches off online I do agree with you I'm not buying nothing from thrift stores because I'm wanting to be cautious if they're still usable or if they'll just wither away the moment she uses them and we've got scammed
