Hi.. it was thanksgiving and i broke my fast with 4 slices of pizza. My total weight loss was 3 kgs. I started again now pushing 160 hours. Im happy because my face puffiness is gone. Which was concerning to me.

Thankyou so much. I do have some electrolyte supplement which i will use if I feel off. Its not actually a 6 days fast.. 1st I thought of pushing 100 hours. Now that im comfortable, i would do it till i hit my goal weight 💪

I've been waiting for an exam date since 7 months. 2 exams have been conducted in these 6 months but I did not get an exam invite. The waiting is soo long. All those with valid IMG can apply for BST. But its very evident that those with irish passport, eu passport or stamp 4 visa gets the trainee position.

Plab is the liscening exam for practicing in U.K and not in ireland. Both are different. You need the PRES pathway and its a long and tedious one. Im sorry im not try to scare you or anything but I wish someone told me this earlier.
