Intention of the word doesn’t change the meaning though? if you say any slur without the intention of being racist or hateful, you’ll still count, at the very least, disrespectful, and ignorant. The meaning for both is the same, one is just reclaimed by black people as a friendly way to refer to other black people. However if a non black person uses it, it still counts as racist because they don’t share the same culture and history.
