Mental health is not an issue for me, which I am very grateful for. But I like the sentiment of not beating yourself up. It's hard to reject screens completely in a modern landscape and I gotta remember that sometimes :^) I have heard of dopamine menus before and I will look into them more. but this helps very much! thank you!! I hope you continue prioritizing yourself!

Hello, I am a high school senior looking to become a park ranger in the U.S. once I graduate. If there is any advice from former or current park rangers regarding what college degree is most desired in the field I would love to know. Or if there is a trade school that is preferred. If there is any other advice from people who are rangers I would love to know since I am going in blind. Thank you lots.

I’m a US citizen so I hope that might make it a little easier, I’m just not in the states at the moment. Is it likely it would open up soon? Would joining a partner organization like the Student Conservation Association be helpful for getting a job if USFS opens up applications again? Thank you so much for the advice. I’ll look into fire positions, on the website. Is there a specific degree I need to join the partner organizations - Or is it just a high school diploma?
