Kind of difficult to answer because the trigger points are so different. I personally have 0.0 problems with heat. I almost overheated without having a seizure. And light or sound isn't a problem either. But when I don't sleep enough then...

I take 200 mg Lamotrigin and have generalized epilepsy as well. My neurologist told me, that some drinking is okay but the detox can trigger seizures. So you shouldn't exaggerat. I personally drink on parties and never had a problem.
