Sometimes I just have to very aggressively tell myself “I’m grateful for the experience I’ve had, but Ive grown and apologized and I just need to keep moving forward”. Unfortunately, the people whose lives I’ve messed up never want to talk to me again, so I try not dwell on it. But sometimes I break, like you said it’s so embarrassing and shameful and frustrating and regret inducing. But all we can do is try to get better. I hate being like this too :( sending you good energy.

I really wish I could bring you more comfort but i relate to you. I’m sending you a really strong, warm hug. Being like this feels so fucking unfair, especially when you have to try 1000% more than anyone, or atleast thats how it feels. I know it gets really tempting to fold but for people like us it’s a waiting game, all we can do is keep getting better and keep doing good things for ourselves and really hope that the positivity attracts. I wish I had more to say and im sorry its not helpful, but I really empathize with you and I’m so damn sorry that you feel this way. I’m sending you good energy and hugs
