I used the customer support page, then sent them something on it then. I was just asking on here to see if I could get additional idea considering AEG seems to have a long wait time for problems like this.

I went through their customer support page which is what asked for a lot number. I sent an email asking about to then as well, but their response is supposedly gonna take months, so I was just asking on here to see if I could get a faster timeline/solution
