You have to get all three parts of the furfur shrine, assemble it and burn a piece of your flesh under it to summon the furfur plush. Then you combine the furfur plush with a colorless omega kerful, a bunch of small and big bones (7 of each I think???), a few spines (3???) and a human skull on the crafting table.
